"I've been rhyming for quite some time, I'm almost coming up on 10 years oddly enough. In all my years rhyming, I've very rarely come across someone who I've been granted the opportunity to work with where both individuals were on the same page. I can honestly say, working with Hi-Res was one of the most cohesive projects I've ever done and am honored to not only call him a partner but a friend! This is a project that took us literally a month too make, all the rhymes written and beats were made to eachothers liking. There wasn't a single hitch, almost too good to be true! We wanted to create a project that wasn't necessarily an album, but also shouldn't be considered a mixtape. Short but sweet, convenient enough to get into but not to the point where you almost feel compelled to listen because it's a full fledged LP. My first thank you goes to someone I've thanked for quite some time, who I feel needs no introduction and has been true and true from 21 jump street; our friend KENNY FRESH. You truly have a bright, bright future! Hold up...lemme clear some space for this shit...
I think I can speak on behalf of not just Myself and Hi-Res here, but all the artists who've dealt business through you...you truly are a rare type of person. Very genuine and honest, real and confidential. It's hard to come across people of your caliber nowadays and We, The New Chill, are truly humbled to have been freshly selected and shown as much love and interests as we have from you. You will continue to have my utmost 100% support in all that you do, no questions asked. True story!
